Privacy Policy - Colorist Tool Kit Pro
### Privacy Policy -- Colorist Tool Kit Pro Last updated: July 20, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how Colorist Tool Kit Pro ("the App") handles information. #### Information you provide in the App The App includes tools such as checklists, text conversion, calculators, a shortcut pad for remote keyboard control, monitor calibration, and other utilities for colorists. Any information you enter (for example notes, checklist items, or text) is stored locally on your device. The App does not require an account. #### Data collection The App does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. The App may still handle limited technical information as part of normal operation (for example device and system information used by iOS), but the App is designed to function without collecting user analytics. #### Local network access The App uses local network access to communicate with a companion server running on your Mac. This is used for the ShortcutPad feature (sending keyboard shortcuts to your Mac) and for monitor calibration. All communication stays on your local network and no data is sent to external servers. The App uses Bonjour to discover companion servers on your network. #### Camera access The App may request camera access for QR code scanning (to connect to the Mac companion server) and for monitor calibration measurements. Camera data is processed locally on your device and is not stored, transmitted, or shared. #### Web content and third-party services The App may display web content from third-party services, including: - YouTube (embedded web content) - blake-jones.com pages (Training Services, OFX Plugin Webshop) When you view embedded web content, those services may collect information according to their own privacy policies. Their collection and use of data is governed by their policies, not this App. - YouTube / Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy #### Sharing If you use iOS sharing features (for example Share Sheet) to export text, the content you choose to share will be sent using the destination app/service you select. #### Children The App is not intended for use by children under 13. #### Contact If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, contact: Blake Jones -- https://blake-jones.com/
